Cairn Homes Announces Share Buyback Transaction
Cairn Homes Plc has confirmed the repurchase of 191,918 of its own ordinary shares. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were bought on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The broker handling the transaction was Numis Securities Ltd, operating as Deutsche Numis. The buyback programme, first announced in July 2024, aims to reduce the overall share count and maintain market stability.
The company acquired 145,491 shares on Euronext Dublin, at prices ranging from €2.140 to €2.155. Simultaneously, 46,427 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange, with prices between £1.780 and £1.794. Post-transaction, Cairn Homes Plc will have 628,684,559 shares in circulation. All repurchased shares are set for cancellation.
