Cairn Homes Executes Share Buyback
Cairn Homes Plc announced the repurchase of 46,231 of its ordinary shares on 16 December 2024. These transactions occurred on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Deutsche Numis. The shares will be cancelled as part of the company's share buyback program initiated on 3 July 2024.
On Euronext Dublin, 35,550 shares were bought at a uniform price of €2.30 per share. Meanwhile, on the London Stock Exchange, 10,681 shares were acquired at varying prices, with the highest being £1.910 and the lowest £1.904, averaging at £1.907133 per share.
After these operations, Cairn Homes' total ordinary shares in circulation stand at 621,598,646. The company holds no shares in treasury. This action aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 concerning market abuse.
