Cairn Homes Executes Share Buyback

Cairn Homes plc announced the repurchase of 165,849 ordinary shares on 17 October 2024. The shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. Following the transactions, all repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company's total outstanding shares to 629,674,033.

The repurchase is part of a share buyback program announced on 3 July 2024. On Euronext Dublin, 135,849 shares were bought at a highest price of €2.1200 and a lowest of €2.0750, averaging €2.0978. On the London Stock Exchange, 30,000 shares were acquired at prices between £1.7420 and £1.7620, averaging £1.74967.
