Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback and Cancellation

Cairn Homes Plc conducted a share buyback on April 18, 2024, where it repurchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares from transactions on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. A total of 60,000 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and 40,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid on the London exchange was £1.3960, and on Euronext Dublin, it was €1.6340.

This operation is part of a broader share buyback program that was publicized on March 3, 2023. Following the transaction and the intended cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes will have a new total of 648,243,920 ordinary shares in issue. These shares carry voting rights, and the company will hold no ordinary shares in treasury thereafter.
