Cairn Homes Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction
On June 5, 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on June 4, 2024. The shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
The breakdown of the transaction is as follows: 65,000 shares were purchased on Euronext Dublin, and 35,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.7100 and £1.4520 per share, respectively, while the lowest prices were €1.6820 and £1.4340.
This purchase is part of the Company’s ongoing share buyback programme initiated on March 3, 2023. Following the cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes Plc will have 645,438,358 ordinary shares in issue.
