Cairn Homes Plc Executes Share Buyback

Cairn Homes plc has announced a share buyback of 235,000 ordinary shares on 14 June 2024. The transactions occurred on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The company acquired 190,000 shares on Euronext Dublin at a highest price of €1.6800 and a lowest price of €1.6120, with a volume-weighted average price of €1.6405. On the London Stock Exchange, 45,000 shares were bought at a highest price of £1.4040 and a lowest price of £1.3600, with a volume-weighted average price of £1.3803.

This buyback is part of the programme announced on 3 March 2023. After the cancellation, the total number of issued shares will be 644,384,440, with zero shares held in treasury.
