Cairn Homes Plc: Purchase of Own Shares

Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 17 May 2024. Transactions were executed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

On Euronext Dublin, 65,000 shares were bought with the highest price paid per share being €1.7420 and the lowest price €1.7000. The volume-weighted average price was €1.7238. On the London Stock Exchange, 35,000 shares were purchased with a high of £1.4880, a low of £1.4560, and an average of £1.4767.

This transaction is part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2023. Following this, Cairn Homes will have 646,323,159 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
