Cairn Homes Plc: Share Buyback Execution
Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 300,000 of its ordinary shares on 26 November 2024. The acquisition was executed on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Deutsche Numis. Specifically, 200,000 shares were purchased on Euronext Dublin, while 100,000 shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange. The acquired shares will be canceled as part of the company's share buyback program announced earlier on 3 July 2024.
The highest and lowest prices on Euronext Dublin were €2.060 and €2.045 respectively, while on the London Stock Exchange, the prices ranged between £1.718 and £1.708. Following this transaction, the total number of shares in issue will be reduced to 624,093,041.
