Cairn Homes Plc: Share Buyback on Euronext Dublin and LSE

Cairn Homes Plc (“the Company”) has announced the purchase of 96,512 of its ordinary shares on June 5, 2024. These transactions were conducted on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers.

The buyback details show 65,000 shares bought on Euronext Dublin at a highest price of €1.7160 and 31,512 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a highest price of £1.4600. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 645,341,846.

This share buyback is part of a program announced on March 3, 2023. Following these transactions, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. The trades were executed under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation).
