Cairn Homes Plc: Share Buyback Transaction
On 06 September 2024, Cairn Homes Plc repurchased 250,000 of its ordinary shares, valued at EUR 0.001 each, from Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The acquisition was facilitated through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. Post-transaction, the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
The buyback details include 160,000 shares from Euronext Dublin and 90,000 from the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.8620 and £1.5680, respectively, and the lowest were €1.7520 and £1.4780.
These repurchases are part of the company's share buyback programme, initiated on 3 July 2024. After settlement and cancellation, the total outstanding shares will be 635,950,856, each with one vote. The company currently holds no shares in treasury.
