Cairn Homes Plc: Total Voting Rights Update

Dublin/London, 1 October 2024: In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, Cairn Homes plc confirms the total voting rights for the company. The total number of ordinary shares in issue as of 30 September 2024 was 630,913,979. Each ordinary share carries one vote, bringing the total number of voting rights to 630,913,979. The company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

This figure, 630,913,979, should be used by shareholders when determining if they need to notify their interest or any changes to their interest in the company under the Transparency Regulations 2007 and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules.
