Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes plc announced the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 31 July 2024. These were acquired through Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The company will cancel the repurchased shares.

A total of 70,000 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin, with the highest price paid per share at €1.9140 and the lowest at €1.8940. On the London Stock Exchange, 30,000 shares were purchased, with the highest price at £1.6080 and the lowest at £1.5980.

This action is part of the share buyback programme initiated on 3 July 2024. After this transaction, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 639,812,999, each carrying one vote, and the company holds no shares in treasury.
