Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

On June 6, 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares. The transaction occurred on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These shares will be cancelled.

The company acquired 65,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 35,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.7340 and £1.4740 per share, respectively.
