Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 08 July 2024, Cairn Homes Plc purchased 208,202 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought through their broker Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The buyback included 158,202 shares on Euronext Dublin and 50,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. Prices ranged from €1.7980 to €1.8240 in Dublin and £1.5140 to £1.5400 in London. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
