Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

On 17 July 2024, Cairn Homes plc announced that it had repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares of EUR 0.001 each. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.

On Euronext Dublin, 70,000 shares were bought at a high of €1.9220 and a low of €1.8920, with a volume-weighted average price of €1.9051. On the London Stock Exchange, 30,000 shares were acquired at a high of £1.6100 and a low of £1.5860, with a volume-weighted average price of £1.5986.

These purchases form part of the company’s share buyback programme launched on 3 July 2024. Following the cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares will be 640,796,605, each with one vote. The company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
