Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes Plc (the “Company”) announced that on 16 September 2024, it purchased a total of 488,564 ordinary shares. The shares, valued at EUR 0.001 each, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These repurchased shares will be cancelled.

On Euronext Dublin, 293,591 shares were bought with the highest price at €1.8580 and the lowest at €1.8360 per share. A further 194,973 shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from £1.5460 to £1.5660. The volume-weighted average price paid per share was €1.8463 on Euronext Dublin and £1.5564 on the London Stock Exchange.

This transaction is part of the Company’s share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following the settlement, the Company will have 632,867,448 ordinary shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury.
