Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 09 July 2024, Cairn Homes Plc announced the purchase of 210,000 of its ordinary shares. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. These shares will be cancelled.
The transaction is part of the company's share buyback programme announced earlier this month. Specifically, 160,000 shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and 50,000 on the London Stock Exchange. Following this, Cairn Homes Plc will have 641,394,708 ordinary shares in issue, each with one vote.
According to the Market Abuse Regulation, a detailed breakdown of individual trades by Goodbody was provided. The purchase prices for these shares ranged from €1.8000 to €1.8420 in Dublin and £1.5240 to £1.5500 in London.
