Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes Plc announced a recent repurchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 20 September 2024. The shares, priced at EUR 0.001 each, were purchased on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The breakdown is as follows: 75,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 25,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange. The highest and lowest prices paid per share on Euronext Dublin were €1.9140 and €1.8980, respectively. On the London Stock Exchange, the respective prices were £1.6060 and £1.5940.

This transaction is part of the company's share buyback programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following the cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issuance will be 631,499,281, with no shares held in treasury.
