Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc has announced that on 25 September 2024, it repurchased 97,359 of its ordinary shares. The repurchases were conducted on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through its broker, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The acquired shares will be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, the company bought 75,000 shares with the highest price paid per share being €1.9160, and the lowest at €1.8960. On the London Stock Exchange, 22,359 shares were bought, with prices ranging between £1.5880 and £1.6000. The volume-weighted average prices were €1.9099 and £1.5951, respectively.
These transactions are part of the company’s share buyback programme, announced on 3 July 2024. After this repurchase, the total number of shares in issue stands at 631,206,312, all with voting rights. The company holds no shares in treasury.
This buyback is in accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation).
