Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc announced it purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 23 July 2024. The transactions occurred on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
On Euronext Dublin, 70,000 shares were bought at prices ranging from €1.9000 to €1.9460, with a volume-weighted average price of €1.9200. On the London Stock Exchange, 30,000 shares were acquired with prices between £1.5980 and £1.6380, averaging £1.6158.
This transaction is part of a broader share buyback program announced on 3 July 2024. After the settlement and cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes' total shares in circulation will be 640,410,455. The company holds no shares in treasury.
