Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc has announced the purchase of 208,000 of its ordinary shares on 3 July 2024. The transaction was carried out on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's share buyback programme announced earlier.
In Euronext Dublin, 160,000 shares were bought with the highest price per share at €1.7040 and the lowest at €1.6560. On the London Stock Exchange, 48,000 shares were purchased with prices ranging from £1.4060 to £1.4420.
Post-cancellation, Cairn Homes Plc’s total number of ordinary shares will be 642,462,486, each with one vote. The company currently holds no shares in treasury.
