Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc announced it purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 26 July 2024. The shares, each valued at EUR 0.001, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.
The share repurchase saw 70,000 shares acquired on Euronext Dublin at prices ranging from €1.8780 to €1.9100. On the London Stock Exchange, Cairn Homes bought 30,000 shares at prices between £1.5840 and £1.6100. The volume-weighted average prices were €1.8931 and £1.5957, respectively.
This buyback is part of the company's programme announced on 3 July 2024. Following the cancellation of these shares, Cairn Homes' total issued shares will be 640,112,999. No shares are held in treasury.
