Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc has announced the purchase of 545,000 of its ordinary shares on 9 September 2024. The repurchased shares were acquired on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. All repurchased shares are set to be cancelled.
The purchases are part of a share buyback program initiated on 3 July 2024. The highest price paid per share was €1.8080 on Euronext Dublin and £1.5240 on the London Stock Exchange. The lowest prices were €1.7600 and £1.4860 respectively.
Following this transaction, Cairn Homes will have a total of 635,405,856 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
