Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes Plc announced it repurchased 400,000 of its ordinary shares on 18 September 2024. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The company plans to cancel the repurchased shares.
The buyback included 250,000 ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin at a highest price of €1.8600 and 150,000 on the London Stock Exchange at £1.5640. Cairn Homes' total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 631,997,448 after the cancellation.
This transaction is part of the company's share buyback program announced on 3 July 2024. Following the buyback and cancellation, the company will hold no ordinary shares in treasury.
