Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
On 23 September 2024, Cairn Homes Plc repurchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares. The shares, valued at EUR 0.001 each, were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange via Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. Following this, the shares will be canceled.
The company purchased 75,000 shares on Euronext Dublin and 25,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.9220 and £1.6080 per share, respectively. The volume-weighted average prices were €1.9065 and £1.5923 per share.
This repurchase is part of Cairn Homes' buyback program announced on 3 July 2024. Post-settlement, Cairn Homes will have 631,403,671 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote, with none held in treasury.
