Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Cairn Homes Plc announced it repurchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares on 16 July 2024. The shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. The shares will be cancelled.

The company detailed that 70,000 shares were bought on Euronext Dublin and 30,000 on the London Stock Exchange. The highest prices paid were €1.9040 and £1.5960, respectively. The total volume-weighted average prices were €1.8872 and £1.5871.

This repurchase is part of the company's buyback program announced on 3 July 2024. Following the transaction, Cairn Homes' total ordinary shares in issue will be 640,896,605, each carrying one vote. The company holds no shares in treasury.
