Canada Jetlines Announces 2024 Annual General Meeting Voting Results

Canada Jetlines Operations Ltd. announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting of shareholders. The meeting took place on June 27, 2024, in Mississauga, Ontario. Key outcomes include the election of several directors and the appointment of auditors.

Brigitte Goersch, Ryan Goepel, Beth Horowitz, Regenold Christian, Shawn Klerer, Gurdev Singh, and Gurinderpal Singh were elected as directors. However, Reid Rossi and Paul-Jozef Wilk were not elected. David Kruschell and Ravinder Minhas did not stand for reelection. Consequently, the board will now have seven members instead of nine.
