CAPELLI AND SOGEPROM CO-DEVELOP A STUDENT RESIDENCE OF 223 HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS IN AUBIÈRE

As part of their partnership, CAPELLI and SOGEPROM are co-developing a real estate program of 223 student accommodations in Aubière, south of Clermont-Ferrand. Delivery to UXCO Group is scheduled for summer 2027.

Intended for UXCO Group, this program meets a need for students located near the Cézeaux Campus. This campus, located on 83 hectares, has 30,000 students and represents a significant part of the Clermont university complex.

Designed by the AGREGA firm in Lyon, the residence will include 223 T1-type housing units, 283 m² of common premises and 30 underground car parks. Students will also benefit from a Rooftop terrace, an interior garden and an eco-sharing bicycle service.

Certified BREEAM Very Good and compliant with RE 2020 regulations, the residence will be heated by the urban heating network. The building permit has just been submitted, with delivery scheduled for summer 2027.
