Capital increase for the Baloise Swiss Property Fund
Basel, June 17, 2024. Baloise Asset Management SA has announced a capital increase for the Baloise Swiss Property Fund, scheduled for August 19 to 27, 2024. This operation aims to raise up to 127 million Swiss francs to finance the acquisition of six buildings maximum.
The fund, already diversified throughout Switzerland with a focus on the residential sector, seeks to rejuvenate and further diversify its real estate portfolio. The transaction has received approval from FINMA and the real estate assets to be acquired belong to Baloise Vie SA.
The issue price has been set at CHF 106.81 per unit, based on the net asset value as of March 31, 2024. Subscriptions will be made according to the ratio of 6:1, allowing up to 1 '201'424 new shares. Trading in subscription rights will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange between August 19 and 23, 2024.
