Carmila Announces Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Carmila, a French société anonyme, has disclosed information regarding its total number of voting rights and shares. On 30 September 2024, the company had 142,441,073 issued shares. Out of these, the number of real voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stood at 141,558,915.

The theoretical number of voting rights, inclusive of treasury shares, was equal to the total issued shares, amounting to 142,441,073. These figures are provided in accordance with article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French financial market authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).
