Carmila launches bond buyback offer and plans new issue
Carmila announces the launch of a tender offer for certain of its bonds. The bonds concerned include those maturing between May 2027 and April 2029, for a total amount of €1,475,000,000.
In parallel, the company plans to issue new fixed-rate bonds in euros. This operation will depend on market conditions. The objective is to manage the maturity profile of the debt and optimize the structure of the company's balance sheet.
The tender offer will begin on September 16, 2024 and end on September 23, 2024. The results will be announced on September 24, 2024. The initial maximum acceptance is €150 million, adaptable at Carmila's discretion.
