Carrefour, a French société anonyme, with a share capital of €1,694,922,970, announced the total number of voting rights and shares as of 31 August 2024. The disclosure is in compliance with article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General regulation of the French financial market authority.

As of 31 August 2024, the total number of issued shares stood at 677,969,188. The company reported 810,896,241 real voting rights, excluding treasury shares, and 830,735,400 theoretical voting rights, including treasury shares, in alignment with article 223-11 of the Règlement Général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
