Casino announces the acquisition of minority shareholders of Cnova NV

On March 31, 2025, Casino, Guichard-Perrachon SA announced that the buyout process for minority shareholders of Cnova NV will begin on April 2, 2025. This decision follows a judgment of the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal dated February 11, 2025. Casino currently holds 98.8% of the shares, and the buyout process concerns the remaining 1.2%. The price per share is set at €0.09, plus interest, bringing the total to €0.0958 per share.

The voluntary transfer period runs from April 2 to June 11, 2025, allowing shareholders to transfer their shares to Casino. After this period, payment will be made via the Dutch Ministry of Finance's Consignment Fund. Trading in Cnova shares will be suspended as of April 2.
