CBI: Publication of results for the 2023-2024 financial year
CBI, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced that the finalization of the work of the auditors on the corporate and consolidated financial statements for the 2023-2024 financial year is underway. This period covers from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
The preliminary consolidated results will be published soon, once these verifications are completed. The full financial statements, accompanied by annexes and auditors' reports, will be available in September 2024, before the CBI annual general meeting.
The company emphasizes that the realization of its projects remains subject to significant uncertainties, which could affect the value of its assets and liabilities.
