CERDIOS SE Acquires Stake in EF Asset Management
Vaduz, 12 August 2024: CERDIOS SE (ISIN: DE000A3DQFR5) has reached an agreement to acquire 39,800 shares, representing a 9.95% stake, in EF Asset Management AD, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The transaction involves Synthetica AD.
The purchase price will be settled by issuing 750,000 shares of CERDIOS SE, each valued at EUR 1. This agreement awaits approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting.
BDO (Liechtenstein) AG conducted the valuation of the contribution in kind on behalf of CERDIOS SE’s Board of Directors.
