CEWE Announces Fifteenth Consecutive Dividend Increase
CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA has announced a dividend increase for the fifteenth consecutive year. During the Annual General Meeting held in Oldenburg, shareholders approved all agenda points, including a dividend increase to EUR 2.60 per share, up from EUR 2.45.
Yvonne Rostock, Chairwoman of the Board of Management, noted that this increase reflects the company's earnings power and commitment to sustainable growth. The dividend yield, based on the 2023 year-end share price of EUR 101.20, stands at 2.6%.
CEWE ranks second among 611 German companies for consistent dividend increases, according to the 'Dividend Study Germany 2024.' The company also encourages employee participation, with eight out of ten employees holding company shares.
