Change in the General Management of SFL

On November 21, 2024, Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) announced the departure of Dimitri Boulte from his position as Chief Executive Officer, after 14 years with the company. Aude Grant, previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed to succeed him as of December 21, 2024.

This transition is part of a merger project between SFL and Colonial. The Board of Directors praised Dimitri Boulte's significant contribution to the company's success, particularly since his appointment as CEO in 2022.

Aude Grant, who has been with SFL since 2014, has acquired solid experience in the real estate sector. She is committed to successfully completing the merger project and strengthening SFL's business within the Colonial group. Mr. Pere Viñolas Serra, Chairman of the Board, expresses his confidence in Aude Grant to develop the company in a broader international context.
