Change in ZEAL Supervisory Board Chair Announced for 2025 AGM

Peter Steiner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE, will step down from his position at the end of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Steiner has informed the company's Management and Supervisory Board of his decision, marking the end of his twelve-year term.

Steiner has been on the ZEAL Supervisory Board since 2013, initially leading the Audit Committee. Since 2017, with a brief exception in 2019, he has served as Chairman. Steiner's term was renewed for another four years in 2022. He also holds leadership roles at Wienerberger AG and Clariant AG.

The Supervisory Board's Executive Committee is currently engaged in identifying candidates to replace both Peter Steiner and the late Frank Strauß. The Board aims to present election proposals at the 2025 AGM and fill Strauß's position on an interim basis.
