Change of Denomination and Ticker Symbol of OPmobility Shares on Euronext Paris
Plastic Omnium has announced a significant rebranding initiative. The company will now operate under the name OPmobility. This change was overwhelmingly approved during the Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2024, with 99.99% voting in favor.
This rebranding will affect the company’s listing on Euronext Paris as of May 24, 2024. The shares will be traded under the new denomination of OPMOBILITY, replacing the previous name, PLASTIC OMNIUM. The ISIN and Euronext codes will remain unchanged, but the ticker symbol will switch from POM to OPM.
