Changes in the Board of Directors at GRENKE AG

Isabel Rösler will step down from the Board of Directors of GRENKE AG, effective December 31, 2024. She served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) since January 1, 2021, overseeing risk controlling, compliance, anti-money laundering, information security, and data protection. Her responsibilities also included the Credit Center and the Administration Department.

Isabel Rösler remarked, "The turn of the year is an opportune time to hand over the reins and pursue new opportunities." She credited her role with helping GRENKE navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and the interest rate shock. Jens Rönnberg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed regret over her decision and appreciation for her contributions. The Supervisory Board has begun steps for succession planning.
