CHAPTERS Group AG has resolved to undertake a capital increase from its authorized capital. The decision, approved by the Supervisory Board, will see up to 471,219 new shares issued, increasing the share capital from €22,986,027.00 to up to €23,457,246.00. The increase, excluding subscription rights, is directed at professional investors through a private placement.
