CHAPTERS Group AG: Further Information on Capital Increase
On August 7, 2024, the Management Board of CHAPTERS Group AG, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, confirmed plans for a capital increase. This move follows the announcement made on April 25, 2024. The company intends to execute the capital increase through a placing without subscription rights using Authorized Capital 2024/I.
The issuance price is set at EUR 24.70 per new share. The capital increase is scheduled for the week beginning August 12, 2024. While the final amount to be raised is not yet determined, the company estimates an influx of EUR 60-80 million in new funds.
Initial discussions are ongoing with institutional investors, including those involved in the April 2024 backstop agreement, about their potential participation in this placing without subscription rights.
