Cherry SE Announces Early Separation with CFO Dr. Mathias Dähn
Munich, July 19, 2024 - Cherry SE, an international manufacturer of computer input devices, has announced that it will part ways with CFO Dr. Mathias Dähn as of July 31, 2024. The decision was made by mutual agreement.
Dr. Mathias Dähn, who was appointed CFO on April 15, 2023, will be leaving the company earlier than initially planned. The company's Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for his contributions, particularly during the 2023 restructuring.
From August 1, 2024, Volker Christ will take over the responsibilities for Global Finance & IT permanently. Mr. Christ will serve as Executive Vice President Global Finance & IT, reporting directly to CEO Oliver Kaltner. The Executive Board will continue to be led by Oliver Kaltner (CEO) and Dr. Udo Streller (COO).
