Cherry SE Misses Q3 2024 Sales Forecast
Munich, 2 October 2024 – Cherry SE announced it missed its sales forecast for the third quarter of 2024. The company expects consolidated revenue of around EUR 22 million, significantly lower than the previous forecast of approximately EUR 35 million. This shortfall is likely to negatively impact the adjusted EBITDA margin for both the third quarter and the entire year.
The adjusted EBITDA margin for the third quarter is no longer projected to be positive. Previously, the company reported an adjusted EBITDA margin of 4% for the first half of 2024. Cherry SE's Management Board is currently assessing the exact repercussions of reduced group sales on the forecasted adjusted EBITDA margin for the entire year.
