Christian Baur Joins Dormakaba as President and Chief Transformation Officer

Dormakaba Holding AG has announced the appointment of Christian Baur to its Executive Committee, effective January 1, 2025. Baur will serve as President of Key & Wall Solutions and OEM, taking over from Stefano Zocca, who is departing after 13 years. Additionally, Baur will hold the newly created position of Chief Transformation Officer. This role underscores Dormakaba's commitment to enhancing its performance through transformation initiatives.
