Compagnie du Bois Sauvage disclosed its share buy-back transactions for the week from June 17 to June 21, 2024. This follows the authorization from the extraordinary general meeting held on April 28, 2021.
During this period, 904 shares were repurchased at an average price of €258.70. The transactions are part of an ongoing share buy-back program, and the total amount spent over these five days reached €233,861.00.
The shares were purchased on the regulated NYSE Euronext Market in Brussels, in compliance with Article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of April 29, 2019. As of June 21, 2024, the company had bought back 27,390 shares, representing 1.7% of the total shares, at a total cost of €7,189,147.01.
