Claranova: Publication of the Number of Voting Rights and Shares as of August 31, 2024

Claranova SE has communicated the total number of shares making up its share capital as well as the number of associated voting rights as of August 31, 2024. This publication complies with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. The number of shares making up the share capital is 57,206,910.

The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 57,206,910. However, a distinction is made regarding shares without voting rights. As of August 31, 2024, the company held 549,756 bearer shares, and 2,561,465 other shares without voting rights.

As a result, the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 54,095,689, after deduction of the shares deprived of voting rights from the initial sum of theoretical voting rights.
