Claranova publishes its voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2024
Claranova SE, in accordance with articles L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, published on June 7 information relating to its share capital and the voting rights associated with the May 31, 2024.
The total number of shares making up its share capital amounts to 57,206,910. The theoretical voting rights associated with these shares are also 57,206,910.
Shares deprived of voting rights are distributed as follows: registered treasury shares at 0, bearer treasury shares at 517,503, and others at 2,561,465. This leaves a total of exercisable voting rights at 54,127,942.
