Clean Air Metals Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

("Clean Air Metals" or the "Company") (TSXV:AIR)(FRA:CKU)(OTCQB:CLRMF) announced today the results of its Annual General Meeting held on July 29, 2024. Key outcomes included the setting of the number of directors at six and the election of James Gallagher, Dean Chambers, David Peck, and Mike Garbutt as directors for the ensuing year. Manning Elliott LLP was appointed as the Auditor for the upcoming year.

Shannin Metatawabin and MaryAnn Crichton did not receive the majority support required for their election as directors.
