Clean Energy Transition Inc. Completes Pivot with New Website Launch

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 7, 2024 / Clean Energy Transition Inc. (formerly Rogue Resources Inc.) (TSXV:TRAN) has announced the completion of its strategic pivot towards energy transition opportunities. A new website, transition.inc, has been launched to facilitate communication with investors and stakeholders.

The company plans to post a Corporate Update on transition.inc at 5pm Eastern on June 12th, 2024. Stakeholders are invited to submit questions in advance via the website’s submission form.

Additionally, Clean Energy Transition Inc. completed two significant transactions. The non-operating Bobcaygeon Quarry has been returned to its original vendor, resulting in the discharge of a $700,000 Vendor Mortgage. This, along with the sale of the Orillia Quarry, marks the end of the Rogue Stone business. The company has also acquired an Ontario mining lease for $150,000 and plans to issue 1M shares and a 1% net smelter return royalty upon filing a compliant feasibility study.
